ISN Rotational Shelter
This is a County-wide Seasonal Emergency Shelter for the General Population.
These facilities each have a capacity for 12 persons, with a 2 month maximum
stay. Guests leave shelters each morning at 7:00 a.m., and return 5:00-6:00
p.m. Services include: Prepared meals; Job training/assistance; and Case management.
- The Clairemont-Kearny Mesa branch is available from mid-Sept. to late-Nov.;
- the East County branch is open from early Jan. through late March. This branch serves families and single men only.
- The North County Coastal branch is open from early Oct.. to mid Feb.
- The North County Inland branch is open from early Jan. to early March.
- The San Diego Beaches branch is open from mid-October through mid-April.
